TUESDAY....

and Stetson has class... Darn!!!

ULTIMATE WEEKEND!

I just had the BEST WEEKEND! whew... it was so nice!!!

We left Saturday Morning and headed to Gresham. Did a little shopping, lounged around in the hotel and then headed to the Sternwheeler on the Columbia River for our dinner cruise. What an amazing experience! We absolutely loved it! RELAXING! We had a window seat so we got to take in the many gorgeous views! The food was fabulous. Our Waiter was great. We would love to do it again some day! I think everyone needs to experience the dinner cruise!

Sunday we headed to Multnomah Falls. We hiked to the top of the falls and it was a wonderful time. The falls were beautiful! I am not into heights so there were a few moments I was feeling like "DAMN! That's a long ass way down!" but I managed :o) We stopped in Hood River after the falls, ate lunch at this cute restaurant, strolled downtown and found an ice cream cone along the way :o) Then we were homeward bound.

YESTERDAY WAS GOOD

I got off work at noon...

I got to do some shopping in Bend...

I also got a massage :o) (DOUBLE YAY!)

Stetson did not have class, so he was home at 6:30...

We got to relax (New concept lately)

AND We were in Bed by 9:00!!!

This weekend we are headed to Multnomah Falls. For our Birthdays/Anniversary my parents and sister paid for a little trip for the two of us :o) We are staying in Gresham, going to hike Multnomah Falls (So everyone keep your fingers and toes crossed for nice weather!) Then for dinner we are doing a dinner cruise on the Columbia River. I can't wat it will be so nice and RELAXING :o)

ALMOST TIME...

I hope everyone has had a great week! This weekend brings many plans. We are going to go watch the NPRA Finals tonight in Sisters (NorthWest Pro Rodeo Assoc) I am looking forward to that. In the perfect world I will join and go to the NPRA rodeos in 2010 :o) My pony won't be ready next summer, but I would LOVE to go the following year! We will see.... Odds are against me :o(

Saturday, IT'S ANOTHER WEDDING?!?!?! The last one of the summer.

Sunday we have company coming over to shoot trap and have dinner.

It will be Monday before we know it :o(

ALREADY....

Here it is... Monday again. The weekends seem to roll by entirely too fast! Hopefully the week will roll by equally as fast ;o)

Last night we went over to my cousin's house for Dinner and we cooked crawdads. A whole pile of them! They were delicious, but it sure is a lot of work for a little bit of meat! I was so slow at cracking thier tales. Stetson could get three out to my one! he he....

We went to the High Dessert Museum on Saturday. Stet had never been there and I had not been there since I was a kid. They had a badger there on a leash. He was so cute! I wish they were that cute and cuddly in the wild!

RESULTS...

Well, I caught my first calf but I had some gear malfunctions on my second calf... Darn. I did come out of the night with some money won and some year end awards. All in all, it was a good night.

THURSDAY...

EVERYONE WISH ME LUCK TO WIN WIN WIN TONIGHT AT OUR LAST CALF AND CAN. I AM FEELING GOOD ABOUT IT AND I WOULD LOVE TO COME OUT WITH SOME $$$ WON :o) COME ON CUDA!

TUESDAY...

Stet has class tonight... This year they moved class nights from Mon and Wed to Tues and Thurs. I will be SO glad when he is done with the apprenticeship and is an official electrical journeyman :o) Half way there, half way there...

So this Thursday is our last Calf and Can. If you did not know, we have been having a summer series out at the house. We run barrels and breakaway rope. I am currently leading the breakaway and sitting 4th in the All Around. I am really hoping to have a good next jackpot so Cuda and I can rack up some points and win some prizes! :o)
